Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Used reeds, mouthpieces, or other hygienic products (unless unopened)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support at cs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
